No-flour small Cadbury egg cookie bars are the ultimate Easter treat! These gluten-free, no-flour cookie bars contain oats, peanut butter, chocolate, and a bag of little Cadbury eggs.
Ingredients
Prepare the oven to a temperature of 350 degrees. First, spray a cookie sheet measuring 12 inches by 18 inches with cooking spray, and then set it aside.
Mix peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Mix for 1-2 minutes using a handheld or stand mixer. Fluffy, lighter-colored dough.
The vanilla extract and eggs should be added. Blend until everything is included and smooth. Mix in some baking soda and oats. Just until everything is incorporated, blend.
The chopped small Cadbury eggs and the miniature chocolate chips should be added to the mixture. Combine with a wooden spoon and stir until everything is incorporated.
Spread the dough out on the cookie sheet that has been prepared. To keep the dough from sticking, you might need to spray cooking spray on your fingers.
You can add small chocolate chips and chopped Cadbury eggs to the tops of the cookie bars if you want to. Take 17 to 20 minutes to cook.
Somewhat pulled away from the pan's side, the edges will still look underdone and "loose" in the middle. A 45-minute wait will help the bars cool down.
They will bake more as they cool and come together really well. Do not bake these for too long, trust me!Use a pizza cutter to cut it into squares, and then enjoy!
