Oatmeal Cookies With Coconut Flour Recipe

– Dry Ingredient – 1 Cup Rolled Oat – 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour – 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt – 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda – Wet Ingredient – 1/2 Cup Butter – 2 Eggs Large – 1/2 Cup Sugar – 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Mix the dry ingredients. Add salt, baking soda, and oats to a bowl and mix them together.

Combine the wet ingredients. Put butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in the bowl.

Using a whisk, mix the ingredients together until the batter is light and airy.

Wet and Dry Mix  Mix the oatmeal and coconut flour together and add it to the batter that is already wet.

Carefully fold the ingredients together with a spoon to make a smooth dough.

Bake  In a 180 C oven, bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Let it cool for five minutes on the baking sheet, then move it to a cooling rack. Cool all the way down and store.
