Raspberry White Chocolate Brownies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup (170g) white chocolate, roughly chopped – 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter – 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour – 1/2 teaspoon baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 2 large egg – 1/3 cup (67g) granulated sugar – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract – 3/4 cup (90g) raspberrie

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Add butter and white chocolate to a medium pot. Stir constantly over medium-low heat until melted. Don't worry about incomplete mixing. Let cool slightly.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly oil an 8-inch square pan. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3

Blend eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract using a medium-speed electric mixer. Mix the butter/white chocolate mixture until smooth.

Step 4

Reduce mixer speed to low and add flour slowly. Just blend. Pour batter into pan. Top the batter with raspberries.

Step 5

Bake 28–32 minutes until sides are gently browned and a pick inserted into the center comes out clean. Pan-cool on a wire rack.
