Too Much Chocolate Cake

Ingredients: – 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour – 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar – 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder – 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

DIRECTION

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. 

In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. 

 Mix in eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 

Allow cake to cool before serving, optionally dust with powdered sugar or top with chocolate frosting. Enjoy!
