Tres Leches Cake with Cake Mix

Ingredients: 1 box yellow cake mix 3 eggs 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 cup water 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 can evaporated milk 1 cup whole milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Whipped cream and maraschino cherries for topping

DIRECTION

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until smooth.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

While the cake is baking, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, and vanilla extract.
