Black Section Separator

I’m happy to share my favourite cookie recipe—White Chocolate Chip Cookies! This white chocolate-filled dish comes together fast without chilling.

Ingredient

– ¾ cup unsalted butter melted – 1 cup brown sugar – ½ cup white sugar – 1 large egg – 1 large egg yolk – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 2 cups all purpose flour – ¾ tsp baking soda – ½ tsp salt – 1 ½ cups

Introduction

Warm the oven up to 350°F and put parchment paper on baking sheets. Spoon the brown sugar, powdered sugar, and butter into the bowl of an electric stand mixer.

Step 1

Mix them together on medium speed for about one minute. You can also use a wooden spoon and do this by hand in a bowl.

Step 2

Mix in the egg yolk, vanilla extract, and whole egg until everything is well mixed. On a low speed, add the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Step 3

Mix until just mixed, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. When you add the white chocolate chips, mix them in for a short time again. Roll small amounts of the dough into balls.

Step 4

If you want your cookies to be different sizes, you can change how much dough you use per cookie. Place the cookie dough balls on the baking sheets that have been prepared,

Step 5

leaving room between them so that they can spread out. Put it in the oven for 11 to 13 minutes, or until the edges begin to turn brown.

Step 6

If you want to make the cookies look nicer, you can press more chocolate chips into them right away.

Step 7

After putting the warm cookies on the baking sheets for about 15 minutes, move them to a wire rack with a spatula to cool fully.

Step 8
