LinkedIn goes down on Wednesday, following Facebook outage on Super Tuesday:-It was reported on Wednesday that a number of customers were unable to connect to LinkedIn using their mobile app or website for a short period of time.

Due to a significant outage that was confirmed by the service provider, visitors of the website were unable to access it for around one hour. According to the company, there was a restart of services at approximately 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. LinkedIn stated on its status page that the business would continue to investigate the issue for further investigation.

The message that LinkedIn sent out on Wednesday read, “I’m sorry for the inconvenience. “We’re back up and running,” the company told its users.

Reports of a problem started coming in soon before 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, as stated by the website that monitors outages, DownDetector.

‘It’s not you, it’s us’

Prior to the issue being resolved, LinkedIn informed its members that they could check their Status page for any additional information regarding the issue once it had been fixed. While using X (which was once known as Twitter), a spokesperson wrote, “It’s not you, it’s us.”

When individuals attempted to open the platform, they were presented with a notification that read, “An error has occurred.”

“There seems to have been a problem.” “Go back to the previous page or check out our Help Center to learn more,” according to the notification.

Error comes after Facebook outage on Super Tuesday

On the morning of Super Tuesday, LinkedIn made an error that caused hundreds of thousands of Facebook users to be unable to access the site. The next day, LinkedIn made the same mistake.

It was a “technical issue” that Facebook was not functioning properly, according to Meta, the company that owns Facebook. There were a few users who reported that the website shut them out of their Facebook accounts and refused to allow them to re-enter their accounts.

A technical issue that occurred earlier today made it difficult for some individuals to use some of our services, as stated by Andy Stone, who is in charge of marketing for Meta, in a post that was published on X. “We resolved the issue as quickly as possible for everyone who was impacted, and we apologize for any inconvenience.”
