Spread the love

Banana Cake with Nutella Frosting Recipe :-Some meal combinations are simply right. Peanut butter and jelly, bacon and eggs, spaghetti and meatballs, bananas and Nutella.
Nutella goes well with many things, but bananas are my favorite. My Nutella and Banana Smoothie is a favorite way to enjoy this combination. Banana and Nutella are well balanced in this thick, creamy treat. Many of you have tried and liked it.
I loved my Secret Recipe Club assignment, The Ginger Snap Girl, this month. I quickly found this recipe and felt it would be great to feature. Gloria writes The Ginger Snap Girl and shares fall-perfect dishes like Blueberry Donut Muffins and Pumpkin Ice Cream.

Banana Cake with Nutella Frosting Recipe

ingredients:

  • 2 and a half cups of flour for all needs
  • 1 and a half teaspoons of salt for baking
  • The baking soda, one teaspoon:
  • One milligram of salt
  • At room temperature, two-thirds of a cup of unsalted butter
  • a half a cup of sugar
  • 1 and a half cups of mashed ripe bananas (about three large bananas)
  • 2 full-sized eggs
  • 1/2 ounce of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of essence of vanilla bean

Nutella frosting

  • At room temperature, five tablespoons of butter that is unsalted
  • half a cup of Nutella
  • Three cups of sugar for confectioners
  • 2-4 teaspoons of warm milk

instructions:

  • The oven should be preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and lightly dust a cake pan measuring 9 inches by 13 inches, then remove any excess flour and set the pan aside.
  • The flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt should be mixed together in a medium basin using a whisk, and then left aside.
  • Butter and sugar should be creamed together in a large bowl using an electric mixer at a medium speed until the mixture is creamy. On a low speed, add the eggs one at a time until they are completely incorporated. Mint and bananas should be stirred in.
  • The flour mixture should be added gradually, alternating with the milk, until both are completely incorporated. Take care not to overmix. Bake the cake
  • on the middle rack for thirty-five to forty minutes, or until a cake tester inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Before frosting the cake, make sure it has totally cooled down.

Nutella frosting

  • You can combine the butter and nutella by using an electric mixer to beat them together. Incorporate confectioners sugar in a slow and steady manner until all of the confectioners sugar is included.
  • The mixture is going to be rough. Using a medium-high speed, incorporate two tablespoons of milk into the mixture.
  • Once the frosting has reached a consistency that allows it to be spreadable, add remaining milk.
  • After the cake has cooled, spread icing on it.

How to Make Banana Cake?

  • To begin the process of making my banana cake recipe, you will need to put the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a mixing bowl of a medium size. For the purpose of combining the ingredients, whisk them together, and then set that away.
  • Using the paddle attachment that is attached to your stand mixer, combine the butter, sugars, and oil and beat them together on medium-high speed
  • until they attain a light and fluffy consistency. We want to emulsify the ingredients and add some volume to the mixture while we are at this phase of the mixing process. This will be the factor that contributes to the excellent rise of your cakes.

  • In order for this process to be successful, it is essential that the materials be kept at room temperature.
  • Your next step is to incorporate the eggs and vanilla once the butter mixture has been creamed. Do not forget to whisk the mixture once more on medium-high heat until it is completely smooth.
  • Once you have reached this point, you will next turn the mixer down to a low speed and begin adding the dry components and the wet ingredients in alternating fashion.

  • When you overmix the cake mixture at this point, you are subjecting the gluten in the flour to an excessive amount of labor, which will result in a cake that is dense. Your best friend is going to be low speed.
  • Add the bananas to the mixture, and then get ready to bake.
