FAQs AND QUESTIONs

  • You may simply freeze your banana bread if you don’t end up eating it all at once or if you just want to keep it for a later time. The entire loaf can be carefully wrapped in plastic wrap, put in a resealable bag, and frozen for up to two months. When you’re ready to eat, let your bread come to room temperature.

  • Alternatively, you might store the individual slices in a resealable bag after wrapping them in plastic wrap. Your slices can be thawed at room temperature or in a microwave for 20 to 30 seconds.

  • You won’t want to go back to plain banana bread once you sample our blueberry version. This bread is a favorite among my kids for lunch. You can even call it a dessert by adding a little glaze.
